Having spent over 10 years visiting and quoting for clients' building requirements the overriding impression I have been left with is that most people's expectations of companies within the building sector is that of appointments not kept, long lead-in times, standards below that expected and high prices. By keeping this company at a size that is manageable by just one person there is continuity of service from the pricing stage right through to completion which, in my experience, minimizes the potential for things to go wrong.

  3. To treat your job, whether it is a £45 call out for a repair or a £100,000 extension/refurbishment project, with equal importance and priority and to treat your property with the respect we have for our own;
